TOWNSHIP OF WEYMOUTH
NOTICE IS GIVEN That the Township of Weymouth seeks proposals for
following professional services for the period of January 1, 2012 through December
31, 2012 under a FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS:
Township Solicitor, Labor Relations Attorney: Auditor: Solicitor to Planning Board,
Solicitor to Zoning Board of Adjustment; Engineer to Planning Boam/Zoning Board of
Adjustment: Municipal Planner: Risk Management Consultant.
Information regarding the criteria that will be used for the basis of the award and
minimum qualifications. which must be addressed in response to this solicitation, may be
obtained at the office of the Township Clerk, 45 South Jersey Avenue. Doiothy, NJ

Sealed proposals, not subject to public bidding, will be accepted up until 10 00 AM on
December 6, 201l. Thereafter, the Township Committee and the Planning Board and
Zoning Board of Weymouth Township shall pubicly select the professionals for the
Township positions listed above, which selection shall be confirmed and/or approved as
