NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS
TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF WEYMOUTH TOWNSHIP
The Regular Monthly Meetings for the Township Committee of Weymouth Township
will be held on the First and Third Wednesday of each month. These meetings will
be held at 7:00 P.M. Prevailing time. There will be a workshop session one hour
before each meeting at 6:00 P.M. to allow the Township Committee to review all billing.
The location of the meetings will be the Municipal Building located at 45 South Jersey
Avenue in Dorothy, New Jersey. Any and all business may be brought before the Committee
at these Regular Meetings. Special Meetings shall be at the call of the Chairman of the
Township Committee or as covered by Statutes.

DIRECTIONS TO THE WEYMOUTH TOWNSHIP
MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN DOROTHY, N.J.
1. Using Garden State Parkway
Get off at Exit 44 to Route 575. Turn right (South)
on Route 575 to the junction of Route 322 (Route 40 will
be on your left). Make a jug handle turn through the
Hamilton Mall (Macy's) to Route 40. Follow Route 40 to the
junction of Route 50. Here you must turn left onto Route
50. Please refer to Paragraph #4.
2. Using Route 30 or Route 322
pick up Route 50 (South) through Mays Landing to the
junction of Route 50 and Route 40. Here you must turn left
onto Route 50. Please refer to Paragraph //4.
3. Using Atlantic City Expressway
Get off at Exit 17 to Route 50 (South). Follow
Route 50 to the junction of Route 40. Here you must turn
left onto Route 50. Please refer to Paragraph #4.
4. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Follow Route 50 for only .6 miles and turn right on to
Eleventh Avenue. There is a light at this intersection and
the signs are clearly marked; Dorothy. Follow llth Avenue for
6 miles. You will come to a rail road track, DO NOT GO OVER
IT, but at the tracks make a right hand turn on to South
Jersey Avenue. Drive North one block and the Weymouth
Township Municipal Building will be on your right hand side.
It is a large, white, clap-board building located on the
corner of 12th Avenue and South Jersey Avenue. There is a
large sign out front! Should you have any problems, please
don't hesitate to call the Clerks Office at 609-476-2633.

ORDINANCE NO. 502-2012
ORDINANCE MAKING A SPECIAL EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000) FOR THE PREPARATION AND EXECUTION OF A COMPLETE PROGRAM OF REVALUATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE USE OF THE LOCAL TAX ASSESSOR IN THE TOWNSHIP OF WEYMOUTH, COUNTY OF ATLANTIC, NEW JERSEY, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL EMERGENCY NOTES IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000) FOR THE COSTS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEYMOUTH, IN THE COUNTY OF ATLANTIC AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, (with the affirmative concurrence of a majority of all the members thereof) AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53 of the Local Budget Law, the Township of Weymouth (the “Township”) hereby authorizes a special emergency appropriation in the amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of preparation and execution of a complete program of real property revaluation for the use of the local tax assessor in the Township, including costs of issuing obligations, engineering costs, legal expenses, and other items of expense listed in and permitted under N.J.S.A. 40A:2-20 (the “Revaluation Program”). The cost of the Revaluation Program is intended to be financed through the issuance by the Township of Special Emergency Notes pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55 in the maximum aggregate principal amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) (the “Special Emergency Notes”).
Section 2. The full faith and credit of the Township are hereby pledged to punctual payment of the principal of and interest on the Special Emergency Notes authorized by this Ordinance. Said Special Emergency Notes shall be direct, unlimited obligations of the Township, and the Township shall be obligated to levy ad valorem taxes upon all of the taxable property within the Township for the payment of said Special Emergency Notes and interest thereon without limitation of rate or amount.
Section 3. All terms of the Special Emergency Notes, including, without limitation, the dates thereof, the term, the rate or rates of interest to be paid thereon, the provisions for redemption prior to maturity thereof, and the place or places for payment thereof, shall be as determined by subsequent resolution or resolutions of the Township Committee as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:4-55 of the Local Budget Law.
Section 4. The Special Emergency Notes shall be executed in the name of the Township by the manual or facsimile signatures of the Mayor and Chief Financial Officer under the affixed, imprinted, engraved or reproduced seal of the Township attested by the manual or facsimile signature of the Township Clerk.
Section 5. The Mayor, Chief Financial Officer and Township Clerk of the Township are hereby jointly and severally authorized and directed to take all actions and execute all documents and instruments necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance, including, without limitation, the furnishing of such documentation and information as may be required by the Director of the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services (the “Director”). A copy of this Ordinance and all subsequently adopted resolutions relating to this special emergency appropriation shall be filed with the Director. All prior actions taken by such officials in connection with the financing program authorized by this Ordinance are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 6. The Township hereby covenants to take any action necessary or refrain from taking such action in order to preserve the tax-exempt status of the Special Emergency Notes authorized hereunder as is or may be required under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder (the “Code”), including compliance with the Code with regard to the use, expenditure, investment, timely reporting and rebate of investment earnings as may be required thereunder.
Section 7. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as required by law.

NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY
The Ordinance published herewith was duly introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Weymouth, in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, on January 18, 2012. It will be further considered for final passage after public hearing, at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held in the Weymouth Township Municipal Building on February 1, 2012, at 7:00 o’clock p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said Ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Township Clerk’s office located in the Municipal Building, 45 South New Jersey Avenue, Dorothy, New Jersey, for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
