                                                                ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS 2024

BE IT RESOLVED, By the Township Committee of Weymouth Township, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, that the Annual Schedule of meetings for the calendar year 2024 shall be as follows:

 

            January – Reorganization                  January 3^rd

            January                                               January 17^th

            February                                             February 7^th and 21^st  

            March                                                 March 6^th and 20^th

            April                                                   April 3^rd and 17^th

            May                                                     May 1st and 15^th

            June                                                     June 5^th and Thursday June 20^th 10am    

            July                                                      July 3^rd and 17^th  

            August                                                August 7^th and 21^st  

            September                                           September 4^th and 18^th

            October                                               October 2^nd and 16^th  

            November                                          November 6^th and 20^th

            December                                           December 4^th and 18^th

 

2025 Reorganization will be held Thursday January 2, 2025 at 6:30pm.

 

                                   

Meetings shall be held at the Weymouth Township Municipal Building located at 45 South Jersey Avenue, Dorothy, NJ, and they shall be held at 6:30 PM, prevailing time. There shall be a Special Workshop session for each meeting beginning at 6:00 PM to allow the Township Committee to review the payment vouchers and sign checks for payment. 

 

Special Meetings shall be at the call of the Chairperson of the Township Committee at any time, provided notice of said meeting is properly advertised and complies with the provisions of Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 or the exemptions there under. This schedule shall be published in the Press of Atlantic City and the Record Journal within ten days of adoption.
