Tax Sale
Weymouth Township has an Accelerated Tax Sale for delinquent property owners that is held once a year, usually in December. An Accelerated Tax Sale means any property that has a delinquent balance as of November 11th of the current year will be subject to Tax Sale.
Lien Redemptions must take place through the Tax Collector's office. All payments for redemptions must be made in the form of a certified check, cash or money order and only by a party of interest. When requesting redemption figures, please have the date available when the payment will be received in the Tax Office.
